Unicorns - Normal horses with a horn spiralling out from the centre of their forehead. They come in all ranges of colours (red, green etc.) and sizes.
Pegasus' - Horses with wings and sometimes a horn (if they have unicorn blood). They are always the natural colours, and are usually very tall.
Faeries - Faeries are brightly coloured (again, red, green, etc.) and have a pair of thin, beautiful wing sprouting from their back, though they cannot fly. they usually have some very unusual talents.
Elementals - 14-16hh, these are horses whose ancestors were blessed with powers over either water, earth, fire, or air. Very rarely, a foal is born with powers over more than one element.
Shadows - Purely evil horses who wander the lands and sometimes take over a terra. They are only coloured in hues of grey and black, never any other colour, and each one has the power of becoming virtually invisibe in the shadows, though this is the only power they have.
